Dodge City to Host 2025 Kansas Shrine Bowl

The Kansas Shrine Bowl is headed back to Dodge City for the second time in 2025. The Kansas Shrine Bowl Board of Directors announced the 52nd Kansas Shrine Bowl presented by Mammoth will be played on Saturday, June 21st, 2025 at Memorial Stadium in Dodge City. “We are excited to bring the Kansas Shrine Bowl back to Dodge City,” said Brice Kesler, Executive Director of the Kansas Shrine Bowl. “The beautiful renovations to Memorial Stadium will provide a great host for our game and create the type of experience we want for our participants.”
Dodge City previously hosted the Kansas Shrine Bowl in 2019, bringing the event to Southwest Kansas for the first time. "Hosting an event of this magnitude wouldn't be possible without the incredible support of our community partners. Kansas National Football Foundation Scholar-Athletes Announced

The Coach Bill Snyder Family/Sunflower Chapter of the National Football Foundation has announced its special recognition awards and scholar-athletes for the 2023-24 academic year. These student-athletes will be recognized at the annual chapter awards dinner, this year conducted at the Burge Union on the University of Kansas Campus in Lawrence, May 8. This year the Kansas Shrine Bowl joins as a partner in recognizing its latest Hall of Fame inductees, Larry Garman and Dale Burkholder. [READ MORE]
KWCA Kansas Shrine Duals Raises $25,000 for Shriners Children’s

Kansas Shrine All-Star Events is excited to announce that the inaugural KWCA Kansas Shrine Duals raised $25,000 for Shriners Children’s. The high school senior all-star wrestling event that featured 56 of the state’s top girls and boys wrestlers was held on Sunday, March 17th in Wichita, Kansas on the campus of Newman University.
“All of Kansas Shrine All-Star Events are produced with one big goal in mind; to make the biggest impact possible on the lives of the children served by Shriners Children’s Hospital,” said Brice Kesler, Executive Director. “We’re excited that a first-time event, like the KWCA Kansas Shrine Duals, was able to have such a significant impact towards that goal. Both the financial contribution generated and the opportunity to spread awareness for our cause, which was created by this event, will make a tremendous addition to the overall impact Kansas Shrine All-Star Events will have for Shriners Children’s Hospitals in 2024.” [READ MORE]

The Shrine Bowl of Kansas, Inc is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charity that produces annual events and related activities with net proceeds benefiting Shriners Children's. The Shrine Bowl of Kansas, Inc has existed since 1974 and has sent over $3.8M to Shriners Hospitals for Children. The flagship event has been the Kansas Shrine Bowl, an East vs. West all-star senior football game that began in 1974. Kansas Shrine All-Star Events also include the Kansas Masonic All-State Marching Band Camp, the Kansas Shrine Bowl All-Star Cheer Camp, the KWCA Kansas Shrine Duals and many other game week events. All Kansas Shrine All-Star Events are produced and presented to benefit Shriners Children's. Shriner's Children's, previously Shriners Hospitals for Children, is a health care system of 22 hospitals dedicated to improving the lives of children by providing pediatric specialty care, innovative research, and outstanding teaching programs for medical professionals. Children up to the age of 18 are eligible for care and receive all services in a family-centered environment, regardless of the patients' ability to pay.
